Communication Officer

Candidate Requirement- 1 (Kathmandu Based)

       Major Role

  • Should actively participate in managing communication between numerous departments of the organization.
  • Swiftly handling communication crisis when an event threatens public safety or company's reputation.
  • Taking updates and executing tasks in regards to media handling and news agencies.
  • Should tactfully handle queries and flow information via various social media channels.
  • Maintain good coordination with Human Resource Department for the effective flow of the information.

Other Roles

  • Managing website and social media, including posting regular social media updates and engaging with people on various social media channels.
  • Overseeing media relations, including writing and distributing news releases, responding to media inquiries and maintaining a media kit about the company.
  • Establishing effective communication between an organization's various departments and channel them effectively in various digital communication mediums.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply. 

 

Content Writer

Candidate Requirement- 1 (Kathmandu Based)

        Major Role

  • Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print.
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content, or finished projects within deadlines.
  • Utilize digital marketing best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
  • Communicate and cooperate with editors, and web publishers to generate quality content.
  • Develop content for multiple platforms such as websites, email marketing, videos, and blogs.
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.

Skills 

  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
  • Impeccable grasp of the English language, excellent writing skill and no usage errors, including idioms and current trends in jargon and expressions.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Strict adherence to the style guides of the company and their procedures for publication.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word. Should have basic knowledge of handling website and uploading contents as required.
