Unlike other companies whose progress is altered by division amongst management and staff, Buddha Air prides itself in working together as one big family. We understand that the success of the company lies in our unity and hard work, and ours in the company’s. Our shared sense of values and objectives permits us to refrain from brining external political divisions.

The Buddha Air Independent Workers Union was established 27 March 2009. It is not affiliated to any political party nor is it political. Its primary objective is to be able to solve issues related to work internally. It is an inclusive body and represents 266 member employees from all levels. It currently has an 11 member functional committee consisting of :
