Holiday Packages - 7 Nights 8 Days Tibet Tour

Departure: Every Sunday from April - November.

Day 01 Fly to Lhasa from Kathmandu (1 hr. 10 minutes). The trans Himalayan flight is considered as one of the most beautiful flights in the world and takes across the Himalaya with views of Mt. Everest (8850m) and Mt. Kanchanjunga (8536m)
Transfer to hotel upon arrival in Lhasa.
Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 02-03 Breakfast at the hotel
Sightseeing tour of Lhasa with a visit to the Potala and Norbulinka Palace, Depung and Sera monastery, Jokhang and Barkhor Bazaar.

Day 04 Drive to Gyantse after breakfast(?) crossing over 2 mountain passes, visit Lake Yamdrok - Tso enroute
Overnight stay at hotel in Gyantse

Day 05 Morning visit the Khumbhum Stupa and Phalkor Monastery after breakfast(?).
Drive to Shigatse
Noon: Tour of the Tashilunpo Monastery and the free Tibetan market.
Overnight at hotel in Manasarover.
Day 06 Drive to Xegar (approximately 8 hours) after breakfast (?).
Overnight at Hotel Quomolangma

Day 07 Drive to Zhangmu crossing Lalung la Pass (5050m) and Nyalamu Pass (3800m). This drive offers fantastic view of high mountains including Mt. Everest (8850m).
Overnight at hotel in Zhangmu.
Day 08 Drive to Kathmandu from Zhangmu (123 km)
